The mobile team visited the saints in Steinbach, Manitoba who hungered for more truth and real experiences in their faith.
They were taught how to share the gospel, pray for healing for one another and for strangers on the streets and to experience church in a whole new way.
An “Organic Church” training was held over a weekend, and all were encouraged to build family and strong bonds with one another. Their faith was strengthened has they learned how to hear God’s voice and obey His commands. They were encouraged to grow strong together in love so they can go forth and share God’s love with others.
They were also strengthened in the gifts such as prophecy and many were brought to tears realizing that the gifts are for everyone and not just for a select few. They were amazed by the simplicity of hearing God’s voice for themselves and are forever changed and eager to hear Him more.
Acts 2: 42-47
The Believers Form a Community
42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship,
and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.
43 A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. 44 And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. 45 They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need. 46 They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— 47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added
to their fellowship those who were being saved.
