A team was invited to Norwich, Ontario in October to give an “Organic House Church” training.
In this area, a kickstart happened three years ago that gave birth to a second generation of disciples. As a result, three years later, a vibrant spiritual family is planted in this area who is totally devoted to the Lord and to one another. They are themselves discipling a third generation of disciples, that was attending the event.
Sixty people including children, attended the 2-day training. Attendees participated in teachings on the Book of Acts and were invited to share how they experience “church” as compared to the first disciples. They practiced exercises in prophecy for others as well as listening for themselves.
During the weekend beautiful testimonies were shared, and a lady was baptized, herself, displaying a fourth generation of disciples, since she was immersed by a young sister in her first year in the Lord!
The weekend was topped off with an amazing family Thanksgiving dinner! Thanks to all who contributed to making this weekend a huge success!!
Acts 2: 42 & 46-47
42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.
46 They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— 47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
