The team stopped in Winkler on their way home after 5 ½ months on the road to encourage the saints and share what the Lord had done during their trip west.
But it was the team who was encouraged and pleasantly surprised to hear all about the testimonies of what God had been doing in the area during a night of fellowship at the church.
After the initial Disciple Discoveries Groups (DDG) that were held in two different homes in the fall of 2022, two sisters started their very own DDG and two brothers were also doing a second round of foundation courses (DDG) since the team had departed at the end of November. The disciples continue to go out on the streets every Monday night and many have made the ministry their lifestyle by intentionally praying for people during their regular errands. The disciples are making disciples. Halleluiah! Praise Jesus for their obedience!
Others spoke about the lasting transformation they are experiencing since their repentance and baptism and about the freedom and boldness they have witnessed as well in others.
